Srini Parthasarathy joined Accent in August 2021 and currently serves as Vice President, Business Development & Strategy and Chief of Staff. He brings a distinctive combination of scientific depth and strategic leadership, with experience spanning business development, portfolio strategy, and alliance management. Prior to Accent, Srini was a Life Sciences Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, where he advised biopharma clients on corporate and portfolio strategy, competitive and market assessments, and diligence-related initiatives. Earlier in his career, he completed his postdoctoral training at Stanford University & UCSF. Srini holds a PhD and MSc in Neuroscience from the International Max Planck Research School in Germany, and a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Delhi.
